Every Mystery Bag is filled exclusively from our quality-selected jewellery range. We choose pieces made with specified materials and finishes, including 304 stainless steel, 18K gold plating, PVD and vacuum plating. The surprise is the design you receive — never whether we have filled your bag with cheap, anonymous metal.
The difference is in the detail
Not all “gold plated” jewellery is equal.
“Gold plated” on its own is not proof of quality. Cheap jewellery can still carry that label while using an unspecified base metal and giving no useful detail about the coating. We do not fill our Mystery Bags with anonymous alloy pieces chosen simply because they look gold. Every piece is selected from our quality range using its supplied material and finish information.
