Mystery Jewellery Bags

Each Mystery Jewellery Bag contains exactly 3 random jewellery pieces. The pieces are selected as a surprise and you cannot choose the exact items. Depending on available stock, a bag may include rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings or other jewellery. A particular category, combination or completely unique selection is not guaranteed.

Materials and finishes vary between pieces. Product-specific information displayed by the shop is the source of truth. We do not apply waterproof, tarnish-free, hypoallergenic or similar claims to every item unless the individual specification supports them.

Prices, payment and accepting an order

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price currently displayed for one Mystery Jewellery Bag is £19.99 and UK delivery is free. The total price will be shown before payment.

Card payments are processed securely by Square. Simo’s Gift Boutique does not receive or store your full card number or security code. An order is accepted only after Square confirms that payment has been completed and an order confirmation is displayed. If we cannot accept an order after payment, the payment will be refunded.

Delivery

UK delivery is free and orders are sent using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and may be affected by bank holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations and returns

We may update these terms for future orders. The version shown when you order will apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while mandatory consumer protections in your part of the UK continue to apply.
