Are all Mystery Bags different?

Selections are made at random, but completely unique contents cannot be guaranteed.

What materials are used?

Every bag is filled from our quality-selected range. Materials and finishes may include 304 stainless steel, 18K gold plating, PVD, vacuum plating, cubic zirconia, enamel, imitation pearl and glass, depending on the selected pieces.

Is every piece waterproof or tarnish-free?

No blanket claim applies to every piece. These properties are only stated where the supplied specification confirms them.

How are UK orders delivered?

UK delivery is free and orders will be sent with Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days.

Can I return my order?

You can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind, then return it within the following 14 days. The customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described items are not affected.
